As optimistic as I am about this lotion, my heart sinks when I try to interpret the shoddy google translate at the Italian forums. The users over there are debating whether the science behind this lotion actually makes sense, and not a lot of them seem convinced. Fucks sake, I hope they're wrong.

If someone over here reads Italian, can they please give a gist of what the 'feel' is about the lotion over there?

when you read here and its two hundred pages of about 85% bullshit of people speculating and arguing over stupid sh*t...now picture the same thing going on but in Italian.

meaning don't pay attention to these online forums..I mean watch them for new information but why would you take any posters 'opinion' over the facts as they come out.

Well, the difference is arguing over when the trials finish, who is beps, when the lotion gets marketed, how much it's for, and other such speculation VERSUS arguing over the actual science behind the lotion and whether or not it makes sense that equol and other ingredients will actually combat balding. I'm concerned about the latter.

Why don't you just wait until Fidia releases information. There's nothing that can be discussed and debated that hasn't already been in the 218 pages of this thread.

The same reason why you're here -- desperation, anxiety, and helplessness linked to balding. I'm not on any treatment right now, and I'm losing hair aggressively. Just trying my best to make a decision whether I should wait for this or at least start Minoxidil.

Start minoxidil and finasteride. The choice is clear.

At the risk of going offtopic, I don't see oral finasteride as an option for me. I'm deeply concerned about the sides. I've tried posting in the androgen part of this forum about liposomal finasteride, but there doesn't seem to be much interest around it, so it mustn't work.

Why should you wait for this?

Presently there is no hard statistical data showing it works.
We need something more before we give up what is known to work (at least for some)..,

The problem is that Minoxidil, if at all, gives results in 6 months or so, and there is also a chance your hair looks worse for a good time before it gets better. What if this lotion gets released, if you were to go by *some* rumors, in February? Then I'm in 2 months of minoxidil with possibly worse looking hair waiting for this lotion. Moreover, my hairloss is at the temples, so even less chance for Minoxidil to work.

I have had great success with minoxidil on the temples.

AHH! Perhaps I should start Minoxidil, then. Thanks! How much time did you use it for before you noticed any sort of positive results? Do you dermaroll or anything?

Minoxidil has very varied results based on your genetics.
Brotzu's solution is a known unknown (not an unknown unknown, as Rumsfeld would have it), so how do you know it works faster than minoxidil?
When it comes out, it may even be that they say it is better to use it WITH minoxidil

It's so hard to trust in beps. To claim recovery of two Norwood's at age 50 is one thing, but he's said that "the petition is definitely pressure" on IESON. There's no way a random online petition of 900 people is putting pressure on anyone. So that kind of seems like super bullshit. But it could be a mistranslation of a more casual phrasing that would better translated to mean "the petition can't hurt". I don't know.
Maybe he is simply expressing his opinion, not stating an actual fact. Just because he has access to the lotion, doesn´t mean he is always right about everything else ;)

Theres information about an experiment that took place by Giovanni Brotzu, in which males and females tested the "Brotzu lotion"(the actual lotion hasn't been named yet) and had amazing results. Beps63's claims about his results is probably 100% real, unless the patent application that was published on November 12, 2015 is fake..................................it's not. So relax everyone, enjoy ur winter holiday, and look forward to a possible cure thats coming very very soon. The link to the published patent is below: Read it, and enjoy!!

Is there something not clear in "New Research, Studies, and Technologies" ? Do you know some people are just here to check the latest developments to weight their options?

You being desperate doesn't make everyone the same. And I'm part of the people complaining of what stupid people did to this section... This topic in particular is not readable anymore, full of non-sense discussions, people reporting 20 times the same news, or castigating normal people asking to stop this. "you come and write to stop this, that says it all on you".

This is not the anxiety part of the forum.

I'm glad that there's so much excitement and I am excited too. Anyone who has followed the hair loss community knows that there has been a bunch of scams and failed projects over the years, so I really hope this isn't one of them. At least it doesn't seem to be one. Does anyone recall if there has ever been any other treatment that was so close and so promising?

On another note, I never thought that the next effective treatment would come in the form of lotion. Somehow seems too 'easy'. 8)

I trust beps. I also trust his results, but he can't really know the overall efficiency of the lotion and everything in detail. He is a overwhelmed patient (which I would be too with those results). But he is not a Doctor.

I am really glad we have him around. Keep it up beps! You gave me a lot restful nights already.
