The fundamental methodology behind finasteride makes it dangerous and the fundamental methodology behind minoxidil renders it useless in the long run. This seems like it could be great.

I have two concerns:

1. Where's the big money? If as good as stated why have none of the major pharma players come in and either bought or sidelined this product.

2. Production and marketing meaning this doesn't actually come out till 2019

I hope for all our sakes what was stated in that interview is true.

1.60%of Fidia is own by huge investing company. Also fidia isn’t biggest but not also smallest pharma. And beps said fidia was the first company that they had contacted with.

2. Fidia said it’s most likely to commercialize in 2018.

I know he has said it works best on younger people especially regrowth, but as a 35 year old i’m worried it won’t do anything for me? And all i want from it is the stopping of hairloss so i can eventually discontinue Finasteride and get a hair transplant, regrowth would be a welcomed bonus.

Why not? It's not meant to be a solution to those who've been NW5 for 30 years, but rather a solution to those who've recently lost and are losing hair. Any solution like Brotzu is going to sound too good to be true, that's why everyone has to temper expectations and just wait for the results.

I think most are hoping for an effect equivalent to finasteride and min but with no sides.

Because you cannot stop the internal damage with spraying sh*t on your scalp. I know you want to believe it. Everyone does at some point in this journey. But truth is it’s useless. And when you realize how much money one can make from baldness, it stops being a “curse” and starts being a business that keeps you happy and occupied. Ask old people on transplant forums that now mod them and promote certain docs. And that’s just the tip.

I'm not believing anything until after the conference. If it works, great, if it doesn't, move on. My hair doesn't define who I am and I won't let it affect my life. Sure, I would like to have as much hair as I did a couple of years ago, but my life doesn't revolve around it.

I’m really hoping for a summer release for Brotzu and not worried about systemic effects for me as a female.
Minoxidil went systemic, gave me a racing heart, low blood pressure- scary sides- won’t touch the stuff ever again.

Yes. It sounds to good to be true. Do not understand why he states every second day and then some times per year? Does not make a lot of sense. Must be if your loss is extremely slow it is enough to maintain.

- No future loss.
- All remaining hair including vellous returns to normal state.
- No side effects.
- Regrowth of all hair totally gone for the last 5 years.
- No need to apply more than say once per week to maintain results.

Is this for real? Guess we find out in a couple of days. Hope the media avoids spreading this to the masses. I hate losing hair, but
regaining it while it still being somewhat of a secret like finasteride and min are not commonly known gives us a competetive advantage. Considering how men with hairloss are at disadvantage it would be great to run full blown thick norwood 1 until death (Will need a transplant also, but no issue if I will never again loose hair)
