No one cares because it’s a cosmetic with no sides. That’s why they get away with only 6 month trials with limited scientific parameters

yeah, thats the biggest red flag in this story.

dozens of renowned international companies spend millions on development and testing of hairloss treatments and fail miserably, and then comes a random, almost retired doctor and creates a highly efficient, cheap, easy to apply, side-effect free lotion which doesnt even need to go through the same regime.

proof? inconsistent fb posts written in broken english and mysterious forum members who achieved fantastic results but cant show a shred of remotely convincing photo evidence of it because reasons.

He’s right. The bottom line is that the presentation was not a “mixup” or anything of the like due to Brotzu’s age or the alleged incompetence of his PR employee. The presentation was a failure because the proof to back up the miraculous claims about the lotion simply doesn’t exist. I don’t care how elderly or foreign to technology a person is, I could have taken exponentially better, more comprehensive photographs using the camera on my iPhone and patched together a more scientifically credible presentation while scrawling down talking points on a spare piece of T.P on my lap while taking a sh*t. That is, IF the lotion performed as claimed. There is zero logical explanation for why the inventor of a lotion that received so much positive hype produced poorly taken photos of a single male study participant - especially one with such advanced hairloss. Any attempt to circumnavigate these truths is, I’m afraid, some pyschological coping defense mechanism.

Yeah the running joke in this community is that snake oil has been a big part of the male pattern baldness industry.

Well I have news! The real joke is that you motherfuckers keep buying the bullshit! That's why snake oil is even around to begin with!

When it comes to buying a new phone or computer, suddenly reviews matter. Suddenly specs matter. When it comes to not getting ripped off by a mechanic, suddenly, it might be worthwhile to check the reputation, talk to the person, etc.

But when it comes to hairloss, desperation takes over and it becomes "Well maybe it'll work! I'll buy it anyway - you know, to try!"

Go with the evidence!

yep, its literally an insult to people to do this.

that piece of info about that guy using a very small dosage of the lotion too, if its true. you conduct a study with the sole purpose of testing a product and then come up with that "he only used 1ml on his entire scalp, though" excuse?

same goes for that absurd shifting of responsibility between fidia and brotzu:
- ask brotzu about anything about the product - "I m just presenting, ask them about everything else"
- ask fidia about it - "ask the Doctor, he is the one who came up with the lotion"
- attack brotzu for shitty ppt and pics - turns out someone from fidia made it and gave it to him in the last moment
- ask fidia about how ridiculously amateurish their trial was - turns out they paid some other company to do it

if you ask me, this level of amateurism should be closely monitored and sanctioned legally, through taking licenses to practice medicine/science/business away or otherwise.

a waste of time and resources and highly unethical. no wonder people from the industry present at the conference were pissed. who has the time for some senile wannabe wondermaker doctor and a bunch of amateurs from some second-tier pharma company?

They don’t care, these companies/doctors know baldies would still buy their crap bcs baldies are depressed and desperate. Just look at this thread, Brotzu didn’t even try to fool the baldies. He literally showed his sh*t is a scam yet baldies in this very thread are still looking for reasons why it could work and how they’ll still buy it. Lol it’s ridiculous.
