Finasteride CAN lead to penile shrinkage due to damage to the prudential nerve.

wtf is a "prudential" nerve??

I think what you meant to say is "pudendal nerve" and idk how DHT has to do ANYTHING with a pudendal nerve.... this is literally like saying finasteride causes broken arms lol

I saw on another post that you took finasteride for more than 10 years, did you get side effects right away or they built up over the years? Do you still take it?

Side effects don't kicked in before 10+ years, now i got some constant tiredness and slight ED.Didn't experienced any shrinkage tho, but i'm not saying this is 100% bullshit, broscience or the ones that experienced it are some kind of retarded hypochondriac scumfucks, just saying that it could be true.
Anyway you guys are not on finasteride since a long time, and hopefully will not have to, you'll be just fine.

DHT is involved in penile tissue, no broscience here, true biologic fact

Ok, now please give me a correlation between the Pudendal nerve and dht, cause as far as I know, there's none. I'm not talking about penile tissue; I'm talking about pudendal nerve specifically; as that's thenclaim that was made.

Don't know about that.

But this is relevant in this thread, because you can cause permanent pudendal nerve damages by doing such doubtful penis exercices, even cyclists can have impotence just by riding too much their bike

Don't disagree with that at all, my point was pudendal nerve damage is usually a result of a physical accident, has nothing to do with hormones.

We all know dht is found in our balls and genital tissue, the main reason we're ok with suppressing it is we're told these hormones are crucial at developing and growing our genitals, not maintaining. Is it true? Who the f*** knows anymore, but a lot of stuff happens to your body in 10 years especially after 25 man, it can be a factor to your issues but you can't conclude it being the culprit

Completely agree, no one knows for sure and this will be quite hard to prove/disprove

Pegymcelling gave me some nice gains. First time I started I was even on dutasteride. I think the problem with Finasteride for some may be that their EQ suffers and that´s why they think their penis shrinks.

P.S.: Maybe I could have gained even more with higher DHT levels, but for obvious reasons I don´t want to find out......

The question is: this amount of penile caverNOUSHOMETHINGLIKETHAT reduction have impact in the quality of erection ? Apparently the study suggests it doesnt

Also I reread it, they started the rats on it at 9 weeks old, that's like starting a human at 18. People still have hormonal devlopment and growth after that, the smaller corpus cavernosum could be due to inhibited growth rather than shrinkage. Although some people do start it that early, at nearly 29 I feel a bit safer.

Edit: NVM I got them confused the first study called them adults.

Also it wouldn't affect the hardness per se but rather the length and width.
