ok so I just had a blood test done to measure my Free T, testosterone, and DHT levels.
My free T was 98.2 (range is 35.0 - 155.0)
Total testosterone was 521 (range is 250 - 1100)
and the one that threw me off was my DHT level at 21 (range is from 25 - 75)
Now I thought elevated levels of DHT caused hair loss, am I wrong? I mean I'm only 24, but over the past year it has been spreading rapidly, from a norwood 1 to a norwood 3 in almost just 1 year's time. What would you guys make of all this?
It seems to have really thinned at the crown and my hairline is disappearing by the day. Also it looks like the "middle" of my hair is thicker thatn the rest, even the hair above my ears has thinned, even behind my head close to my neck.
