I got two questions for you guys, but first here's some background to help. I'm 6 feet tall and last june I weighed about 160lbs. I started working out like crazy, and by september I weighed around 195lbs of pure muscle. After september I stopped working out and stopped eating much protien. Well, by March I was back down to 160lbs. In late January I started to notice my hair loss. So my first question is, do you think that this significant weight loss caused my hair to fall out, or triggered it for that matter?
My second question is do you guys think it would by detrimental to my hair loss regime if I started weight lifting again (with it increasing my testosterone levels by weight lifting)?
