In your situation I would become an alcoholic. At least a few beers 2 times a week to cope. And jerk off alot. Eat pizza....a hair transplant with hairloss all over the top of the head wont yield you with good enough results and you would need 2 or 3 transplants in total. It will still look quite diffuse. People who gets hair transplant still need to be on a maintenance regimen such as finasteride or min. Hair tranplanted hairs believe it or not dont last forever. Not in all cases anyways. Even roe rogan did hair transplant and he still lost his hair. What im saying is that transplants isnt always a permanent fix because there are many cases when people have actually lost their transplanted hairs over the years. Is this because they werent on a regimen? Or the body rejects those hair transplanted hairs over time. But you can give it a chance at least. But the issue is that you currently cant stop your current hairloss.
Yeah its pretty much over. My only hope is that my donor area is that of a werewolf, confirmed by multiple surgeons in the past months, with many multi-grafts + I can grow a full beard (for crown). Still if this sh*t is even somewhat fixable it’s gonna be $$$ and time

Needless to say I’m on FinMin for life from now on

Yeah it’s starting to unfold in front of my eyes how small is the actual demographics who can utilize meds succesfully. Either someone doesn’t need them since they don’t have Androgenetic Alopecia or they do have Androgenetic Alopecia in that case it’s too agressive to do anything. Some will say they fared better at keeping their hair than their siblings who didn’t take 5αRIs but the f*** knows, it seems like a dice roll really.

Just told you what to do 50 times bro. Oral minoxidil is your life line.
How so? Your hairloss is very mild compared to his. So oral min may work for you but not us with more aggressive male pattern baldness. Just saying dont give him too much hope. Sure he can try it if he wants but I blasted that sh*t at 10-15 mg a day for 5 months and all I got from it was more body hair but not head hair.

Well I'm not guaranteeing it will save him, but it sure beats HRT or duta
