Yeah, it's basically garbage man. However, any barber will try to convince you that it's the sh*t. But, really all it is..........is sh*t. Don't waste your time and money. If you wanna go the 'natural' route than you could try revivogen, which is a bigger improvement over nioxin. However, don't expect much from revivogen either. If your thinning I would suggest propecia, proxiphen, spironolactone, eucapil, cu peptides, or maybe minoxidil. Good luck!

well I agree and disagree.. I don't beleive it does anything for hair regrowth. But I gotta tell ya, the shampoo and conditioner are great. They have mint and a menthol effect on the scalp. Very soothing. I use the Scalp Therapy Conditioner daily.

I just ordered their Liquid Gel ... seems healthy as far as gel is concerned.. good for the hair.

Nioxin does not claim to re-grow hair... anyone who tells you otherwise is jerking you around. My stylist recommended it to me when i told her i had just begun finasteride. She doesn't even sell it. I have used it for two weeks and my scalp has never felt healthier. I use to have zits and tender spots on my scalp, they're gone for the first time in my life! I'm confident that Nioxin will assist in keeping my scalp as healthy as can be, promoting hair maintenance/regrowth!

You are right!! I do think they have the best styling aids available. I love that liquid gel. I swear it helps thicken your hair over time. Great stuff!
