Hey guys,
First thank you all to participate in this forum. Even if some of you are scary with their nightmare stories !
I am 27. I have been a Norwood 2 since I am 18 years old - there is a really small difference in my temples between now and 9 years ago. I noticed about a year ago that I had miniaturization on one temple. It was really slow so I did not take action. About 6 months ago it got a little bit worst so I started to apply Minoxidil on my temples. I had a little bit of shedding at first but it grew back. I also noticed that my hair in general was thinner but it wasn't that bad and I attributed that to the fact that I am getting older and that I did not have good nutrition and sports. I worked a lot was under a lot of stress for my job.
Since September I am working a lot, am under a lot of stress and anxiety from work. I restarted to do some small panic attacks. I am not doing sports and have little sleep. My nutrition is way better since January 1st (new year resolution lol). I have noticed that my hair is thinning on top of my head. Like a lot in a short time span. I could not see my scalp before but since mid-january I can see it as soon as my hair is not combed properly.
What do you guys think ? Is this diffuse thinning ? MBP ? Or, if I am lucky, could it be bad nutrition and anxiety ?
I have an appointment next Tuesday with a dermatologist. I am just curious to know what you guys think. I will keep you updated.
Thanks !
D.
