What was that dogfood site you use to rate food that you mentioned on that thread we talked about science diet on? Is it dogfoodadvisor.com?

That is exactly my point. From Jacobs seemingly vast knowledge of alternative medicine and health I know he knows enough not to trust the FD@.

Just trying to make the point that, They may not be our friend and I don't trust them either.

I actually value Jacobs opinion on many issues.

Yeah just tweaking my dogs diet and I thought of that thread. It's amazing how fast a change in a dogs diet affects them. I'll write you out what I have them eating when I'm done tinkering to see what you think.

It will likely be some time before we know for sure either way. First they have to quickly deliver the goods. Second, the goods must deliver. Both in growing and maintaining hair as well as cosmetic function.

I expect to hear a lot of negatives in the early phase especially from competitive interests. Feedback from trustworthy posters who are longtime customers of the "original" line of products will be the most helpful.

If they do not ship as promised that would certainly tell us a lot quickly.

. If you are someone who prefers to place fewer but larger orders the shipping cost is much too high all ready. I'm hoping for the best but at this point perhaps prepared for the worse.

Let me put it this way...I think its more trouble faking such products than selling real ones. Do I think those products have what they have inside them? Yeah I do. But how its made and the oddness surrounding how this popped up is a concern of course. But we shall see how this all plays out.

Minoxidilmax is out there. I use them and I am satisfied with it. I have no plans to move on from it.

Genhair is also out there and seem to have a good reputation aside from lengthy shipping times and being over seas so if I recall communication has been an issue with some guys?

More will pop up and competition is always good for us consumers.

Yes I'm quite pleased Cassin pointed me to Max 5% fast dry. I like it thus far and the shipping speed and cost are excellent. Apparently they appreciate their customers.

The site Referred to by Nene is blowing it by not allowing a cart for multiple product purchasing as he points out. Also I agree the shipping is a total rip off.
Much too expensive, seemingly taking advantage of their customers. :jackit:

It is too bad because I'd like to patronize them if the products are good. But no way I'm going to order again with the shipping rip-off. They need to fix that if they want to build a loyal customer base.

Although we are in no way associated with, or connected to them, we have every reason to believe their products are identical to ours. The only problem is, they are evidently understaffed. Yours in not the first complaint about not receiving a response from them. We receive similar comments all day long, every day.

They are evidently just starting up, and we know from our experience of almost 30 years ago, glitches can and do occur. The important thing is, you should be able to receive excellent products from them within due time. We just hope "due time" doesn't translate into total baldness for you.

Wish there were something we could do to build a fire under them, but that's beyond our control. We're just happy their products are carbon copies of what we used to be able to dispense. We know this for a fact, as we've received some of them, have tested them, and they are identical to our products.

just received the tracking number for my order. tracked it: its coming over to europe. i ordered 1 bottle of pg free minoxidil. i have been using that for years with perfect success. i can tell if its the same in a sec...crossing fingers...

what I don't understand is that how come they are still selling the minoxidil plus products with topical finasteride? Isn't that what Dr. Lee got in trouble for in the first place? It might be deja vu all over again and they will get shut down. Let's hope not.

I was one of them. Out of all the years and money I spent with Dr Lee that was the one time I got pissed at him. Not that my stuff got stolen...but I would have appreciated a gesture of apology on his part. I dunno...something as minor as free shipping on an order. I mean cmon....$5...

Well thats the most popular assumption but we don't know for sure. Could be any of countless things behind the scenes.
