What happens then is that there is some kind of natural selection operating subconsciously. One has a boyfriend, another exclude herself because she is not attractive enough, another wants to be out of the box, etc. But I believe that instinctly most of them are attracted to the same guy, hence big competition going on in a passive aggressive mode.

But I have some questions of my own... Do these "few" girls in your hypothetical scenario have any potential male interests in their own private lives? Do any of them have a current partner?

Are any of these mystery girls menstruating?
Do any of them suffer from depression or a bi-polar disorder?
What time do they all have to wake up in the morning?
Do any of them look after a sick relative?
