Hi everyone.
Trust me - for every 10 emails we get asking when the cream will be available, I send at least 2 emails to the supplier asking for updates.
We've become their biggest seller, and for good reason (not many sites are so focused on hair loss, so we have a lot of people interested).
The minute they send us a batch of 200 or so, we need to ask them to produce more. We're always pushing them to hurry. This past month they said they'd ship end of October but did not do so, until November 7th. Thus we've been on back order because of them for 2 weeks.
We just got a shipment in today, and apparently it was poorly packaged. One of the jars broke and made a mess on the others in the case. I am having our warehouse people clean them up as much as possible so we can get them out to you all. If they look a little less than perfect, please forgive.
The warehouse gets things onto the shelf and professionally documented usually within 24-48 hours of receipt, so the s5 will be available hopefully today, definitely by Monday.
As always, apologies for the inconvenience. When I see it say "Out of Stock" I freak out as much as you do. Trust me.
