One thing I've learned is the world is self absorbed. People are so worried about what they look like, they don't even notice what you look like.
Perfect example. I had to give a speech at my job and I was thinking about how I would deliver my lines, and how I would tie in my opening statement to my closing statement etc... After about a five to ten minute presentation I concluded.
Later that day my supervisor said, "I was so nervous people were going to notice my toupee wasn't right. I couldn't get it right." He talks to me about his hairpiece because I'm bald I guess.
Anyway, I didn't even notice the part was slightly different than the day before. Nobody noticed or cared. People were worried about their 'facebook status" and their "Make up" or their "Clothes" or their 'weight" etc... We don't even pay attention to people anymore.
The key to happiness is loving yourself and finding ONE person who loves you back. There are people with 2 inch penises, or weigh 450 lbs, or have burn scars, or have ape hairy backs, or women who are balding, or women who have no breast tissue, and even women with 3 inch clitoris.
I know how hard it is to accept going bald. I shared my story on the other board about 'My Story". However, I think it's more of an adjustment. Grab life by the balls, wrestle that son of a b**ch to it's knees and make it submit. Own your sh*t.
I get it, you don't want to be the 'bald' version of yourself. You don't want to accept it, or 'own' it. You don't get to choose if you are over 6 feet tall do you? Do you get to choose if you have shitty skin with acne? Do you get to choose whether or not you have a big penis or a small penis?
The key is to have the confidence in yourself and be happy with yourself. Then someone. I guarantee SOMEONE will think you're worth being with.
