all my tests look normal, but I still have hair loss
I use topical diane 35. I use setipiprant and powder spironolactone. but still nothing changes. especially the side area of my hair wretched all my tests look normal, but I still have hair loss
You need to get a biopsy to see if your hairloss is really Androgenetic Alopecia. They’ll take a small cutting from your scalp and analyse it. If that’s the case you might find Finasteride to be beneficial to you - although it comes with potential side effects. @Georgie will be able to give you the best advice - she’s suffering from what might be the same type of hairloss.
If the hair loss is causing this much despair for you then just try oral 1mg finasteride tablets. Generics are easy to get online and in Turkey. take it for 3 months and see how it does. it has helped a lot of women despite all the writing stating that it wouldn't.all my tests look normal, but I still have hair loss
Just DO NOT conceive while you are taking finasteride, and make sure you are off of it for at least a month before you attempt conception.

As a man, I can say there is absolutely nothing wrong for a woman to wear a wig. You'll get used to it very fast , and as soon as you do, all your anguish and suicidal thoughts will go away and you won't be thinking in hairless for life. As some other dude said, people doesn't look down women for wearing wigs. It is better than having to worry over something for the entire life.
I wish I could wear one, but because I am a man, everyone would mock the f*** out of me.
And please, value and embrace life as much as possible. I'm sure you are a great lady who can solve this and have a nice and fruitful life. Good luck

Oh gosh i am so sorry. Do either of your parents have hairloss? If it is as aggressive as what you describe then I would think that this is mostly genetic.Firstly sorry for my bad english.

Our hairloss sounds quite similar but mine was more rapid. I lost most of my hair in a year and a half.
I would say, if all of those other treatments aren’t working for you, which is often the case for women (I don’t respond to hormonal treatments either- tried all of the same things you have), I would suggest prp if you can afford it. Get 3-4 treatments spaced 3 weeks apart and assess how things go in 6-9 months. If that doesn’t see to work, you could try Trinov which is coming out in December, WAY-316606, or as a last resort oral minoxidil. I personally used oral minoxidil and got amazing refrowth for a little while but it also made my hair shed even worse, bloated my face, ruined my skin and now after three years it’s stopped working entirely. This is why I say it’s a last resort. I am still looking for the answers too. It’s a hard road for us girls, especially when you are so young. I’m only 25 myself. my advice, use hair fibers to conceal what hair loss you have, and start looking into getting a hair replacement system. your not the only one who is loosing hair, so just relax, buy some hair fibers and conceal your hair loss, till you get a wig or a hair replacement system. there is nothing wrong with a women wearing a wig, infact you will be surprised to see how many women are wearing wigs.
So finasteride doesn't help women?

Have you checked your parameteres in blood? Maybe insulin can be implicated in your hair loss.
Edit: I saw your answer,...
Could be stress? If yes, then the regrowth is very usual when you eliminated it, then try relax.

It can help women, but use oral not topical. I specifically said that it CAN help, just do not use it while you're pregnant/trying to get pregnant to prevent birth defects.

Hi Nur,
Are there any other symptoms? Like irregular periods or too much pain with periods? That may point to PCOS. Can you ask your doctor to do vaginal ultrasound to rule out PCOS?
Another cause could be thyroid - can you get a full thyroid and thyroid antibodies test?
Another cause could be birth control pills - Are you taking any birth control pills? Some birth control pills cause this in younger women (who are not menopausal).
It is very hard for blood test to 100% identify hormonal imbalance and it is also hard to check for insulin resistance via blood test (which you can get from being PCOS).
Finally, the last cause could be genetic - if you mom or dad are bald, you may have genetic causes. Is it in the family?
While you get these tests going, here is what I suggest you start asap :
1. Eliminate all sugar from your diet.
2. Eliminate or reduce all dairy.
3. Eliminate all gluten.
4. Eliminate all processed foods if you can and eat ONLY whole foods - whole foods are those that are single ingredient... if you can.
5. Have a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner, no snacking - each meal to have good protein in it and good low GI (Glycemic Index) carbs e.g. sweet potatoes, new potatoes, wild rice with some olive oil.
6. Buy the best quality fish oil supplements - I think Nordic Naturals are very good quality. And start having one or two fish oil tablets with meal every day.
7. Have one teaspoon olive oil daily.
8. Start meditating 10 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes at night (or even better, 20 minutes morning and night).

That's all I can say for now... I am still trying to find the cause of my own hair-loss. I have found a fantastic doctor, gynaecologist and dermatologist. I hope to get to the root cause of it soon... I started meditating a week ago and I noticed after 1 full year that my hair loss reduced!! But keeping fingers crossed.
Finally, while you do all this, would you like to try to find a good wig? That might help.... I bought one and it was wasted money... it looks like a wig. I was later told by other ladies that there are some fantastic wig makers who can make custom wigs for your scalp to fit you so well that no one can even tell you are wearing a wig....
