But, since both Tricomin and NANO are SOD'es, and NANO is presumably a more stronger SOD, would hairs that were grown due to Tricomin be maintained with NANO?

I like Revita simply because it's probably the only Keto containing shampoo that I can use everyday. As for the ingredients, any results you see from Revita are most likely from the Keto; the rest of the ingredients are for show, IMO. Nizoral is simply too harsh for me to use everyday.
My shampoo rotation: ( I usually pre-wash with a 3% salicylic acid shampoo)
2% keto
Piroctone Olamine
Revita
I was considering throwing NANO shampoo in there but instead ordered Prox-n.

I was thinking about that too....can you use a dime sized amount of emu oil and nizoral mix it up and use it as shampoo?
I would do that if it works, but emu oil is pretty expensive too...

I've tried it mixing some emu oil with shampoo before and it works fine. A dime sized amount - or less possibly- is all you really need to get some moisturizing effects. Any more than that and it really takes away any ability of the shampoo to lather. It's a balancing act.
If your only using the emu oil to mix with shampoo, one 4 or 8 oz bottle will last you a very long time. WAY, WAY less than revita costs.
