Hey guys,
Since a kid I have always had a high forehead with some receding temples, but didn't truly notice my receding hairline when I was 16-17. I tried the Australian equivalent for Rogaine at the time when I was 19 in 2008 on my receding hairline, but it inflamed my psoriasis to unbearable and visible levels so I abruptly ceased.
I drink a fair amount of water and exercise which I have read can help, though this does fluctuate depending on my mood and stress levels.
In regards to my psoriasis and dandruff:
1, Are there Rogaine tablets rather than cream/liquid form?
2. Would Nizoral Shampoo be helpful for this inflammation of psoriasis? My brief investigation leads me to believe it can potentially worsen it. While I would love to retain my hair, I don't want to do so at the expense of a very sensitive scalp.
3. What about Propecia alone? Could this have adverse affects on my dandruff and psoriasis?
I am also concerned about the other side affects - depression, anxiety, a lowered libido for both Rogaine and Propecia. As someone who suffers from mild to moderate depression and anxiety, I don't want the chance of exasperating these systems. Are these rare?
I have some photos from 2010 to 2013 to compare. As well as that, some photos of me in late 2012 when I decided to shave my head.

2012 (shaved head) - aged 23:

2013:

Now, compared to 2013 to 2010, I find the centre to be a tad more narrow than it was? That could be of course due to the fact my hair is shorter since I shaved it in late 2012. Or is the narrowing of the centre and the widening of the receding hairline a natural rpocess?
It needs to be noted that my father is bald, his brother, and their father was bald (my grandfather). More than that, my mother's brother was bald, but not my mother's father.
Looking forward to some advice!
