Citrulline, arginine and grape seed are also excellent for hair growth.
Eating more calcium rich foods will also make your blood more warm, but if you don't have enough zinc and magnesium in your system to keep the blood thin, calcium may give bloodpressure problems. This way the blood will not reach the hands and feet properly.
Try eating more magnesium rich foods like spinach, nuts and seeds.
Do you measure your blood pressure? If you do, how high is it?
Furthermore how is your digestion? When food is not digested properly, you will not get the energy from your food. This will drop your energy level and also give problems with circulation, hair loss, libido etc...
