You'll probably come across plenty if you do a search for "circulation" at iherb.com and other places. Swansonvitamins.com has a Japanese plum extract product that mentions circulation.

Do you have poor circulation? If so, you really need to know what the condition you have is that is causing the poor circulation before trying supplements, as poor circulation can be caused by a number of very different factors (poor cardiovascular health, diabetes/blood sugar issues, hormonal issues, cholesterol issues, vascular issues, hydration issues, blood chemistry issues, etc.)

Poor circulation is a symptom and not a condition. Once you figure out what condition you have that is causing the poor circulation, then some supplements can be recommended.

The one thing that you can do to improve circulation regardless of cause is exercise! Beyond that, the best that could be offered is some sort of a general vasodilator, which is probably not recommended for someone who might be in all other aspects a perfectly healthy person.

I have Menier's... a lack of bloodflow to the middle ear causing pressure, ringing, dizziness, and hearing loss. Otherwise, I have great circulation! Gingko helps, but i'm looking for more & heard that there are supplements that act as vasodillators to increase bloodflow to the scalp. Thought I might give them a try... a little more hair regrowth would be welcome too!

exercise is the best way to promote circulation, and cold showers. Red korean ginseng will help, as will ginger and garlic.

Actually, Minoxidil is an excellent vasodilator. If your blood flow issues are in your head (I mean that literally, not sarcastically) then I would believe that the minoxidil would help.

I've been on minoxidil for almost a year...

what's the difference between american Ginseng..Chinese Ginseng, Manchurian, Korean... etc. There's so many. Is one preferrable to another for circulation?

I used to get numbness in my hands and feet. Ginko really fixed me up!

Rosemary essential oil is a better scalp circulation stimulator than cayenne. I really hate minoxidil.

-Citrulline: 1 or grams daily
-arginine - up to 5 grams daily
-ginseng
-grape seed extract: 100-200 mg
-vitamin C and E: 1000 mg and 400 IU
-magnesium/zinc/b6: 400/25/50
-niacin: 50 mg
-folic acid: 400 mcg
-borage/fish oil: 1 gram/2grams or 2 grams/4 grams

Citrulline, arginine and grape seed are also excellent for hair growth.

Eating more calcium rich foods will also make your blood more warm, but if you don't have enough zinc and magnesium in your system to keep the blood thin, calcium may give bloodpressure problems. This way the blood will not reach the hands and feet properly.

Try eating more magnesium rich foods like spinach, nuts and seeds.

Do you measure your blood pressure? If you do, how high is it?

Furthermore how is your digestion? When food is not digested properly, you will not get the energy from your food. This will drop your energy level and also give problems with circulation, hair loss, libido etc...

Good luck.
