I just read the book "Sugar Blues" and have been wondering if the Sugar is responsible for all these metabolic diseases, it could be the "key" male pattern baldness,

I'm not eating sugar already is two months and my dandruff and itching disappeared

I Broke the Mystery of Male Pattern Baldness

Part of my regimen causes slight increase in sugar metabolism in a steady manner. The purpose is to prevent wide fluctuations.

Why are you so obsessed with people pm'ing you? This is a public forum where we share information. Why hide helping people?

I had this desire to work with somebody to test this book's theory and make a small sample of people the book describes as being susceptible with their habits.

So I went looking for people who had a copy of the book. The first site I went to, thebaldtruth.com, banned me for merely posting the title with the question if anyone had a copy. I appeciated this site allowing me to do it.

The first few times I was here, finfighter accused me of spamming and promoting, propagating wild and wacky theories from a book he never read. And called me STUPID.

Now, how do I go about looking for people with the book with someone, who is a long time member, accusing me of spamming ?

And how do I make a sample of people without asking them to make public their daily routines which is not easy for most people. I did ask them publicly.

I thought it was just me who finfighter was treating with his behavior. Apparently, he was doing the same to others. cuebald called me a clown for asking for daily routines in another post.

If this forum shares information - and I did share a lot of what I've learned from the book without violating copyright - why are finfigter and cuebald being allowed treat forumers the way they do?

Sending PMs is bad while treating forumers like the way finfighter and cuebald does is ok?

I know finfigter was the one who reported me and he did this for putting up with his bad behavior. I don't mind being banned for putting up with people like him. He's the one promoting an illegal drug without asking if the person he was speaking with lived outside the US.

Well, I'm publicly reporting to you bad behavior. It forced me to resort to PM's which I thought would have been the right manner because then I wont be 'spamming the book'.

If fact, no one even PMed back their daily routines so I had to stop after just two attempts. You can browse my PMs. and review all my posts and see for yourself.

Are you saying you think you can stop balding by eating small, frequent meals, each with a low glycemic index?

No. But that it will be the effect of the regimen and has nothing to do with eating or dieting. Thanks for asking.

It's not an ebook. And don't buy it. I'm not selling.

So what is it that you _are_ saying? (Something more specific than your last sentence.)

It's more of moving about but I don't think you can call it exercise.

Your first post in this thread said: "Part of my regimen causes slight increase in sugar metabolism in a steady manner. The purpose is to prevent wide fluctuations."

So are you talking about blood sugar, or are you talking about "moving about"? Or both? Or neither?

Does moving cause increased sugar metabolism?

I don't know. What exactly do you mean by "increased sugar metabolism"?

Increased energy demands will cause inreased metabolism.

Oh well...if you're just going to be vague and noncommittal about what you mean, you've exceeded my boredom threshold! :)

I know you're fed up with me. I'm sorry really. In fact, I not going to follow up on the paradox I mentioned. :)
