for me it's the case, my top scalps produce an enormous quantity of sebum while the side still have a normal sebum level like any other hair.
i completly shaved my hair before with razor and can confirm you that.

this is mainly happen to diffuse hair loss which is my case.

i have a diffused Androgenetic Alopecia with exces of sebum where the hair loss happen. i notice right now that i have two layer of hair. one normal hair and the other little hair growwing slowly and it's spiky when you touch it.

Accutane kills sebum. It will have no effect on your balding. More likely to make your hair worse.
