fuckking hell how do you sleep at night with pennywise next to you? haha
I had some good times, like a year or so in my teens, around 17-18, but I've always struggled with it. Then I got into powerlifting, n it was like a built in excuse to eat like sh*t. N that's when I really blew up.
At my peak I was about 225, at 5'10, probably 27% bodyfat or so. Strong as hell, but also equally as fat.
I lost a good deal of it around 24, n as luck would have it, girls stared coming around haha. Then I was in a relationship, cuck that I was, n gained a lot back, without some of the extra muscle, so that was nice.
When we broke it off, I decided I would abandon the powerlifting all together, especially as age, injuries n attrition was catching up to me, n having been improving when I can ever since...Although it is getting more difficult with age.
Now I'm about 5'10, 174, pretty lean, maybe 12%.
Needless to say women greet me in a far different way. Even guys I know....I remember when I was in the thick of powerlifting (fat), n 2 guys I knew at the gym were contemplating asking this girl out. N I said I would of they did (in jest of course haha), n they laughed....n it took me a second (because previously, maybe a year or so prior I was still in decent shape n getting girls at least ok), n I said "what?" (just instinctually, even in the moment I knew exactly why), n they said "nothing"....I was 21. Best thing I can say is to not waste your younger years dwelling, like I did, because even though I'm doing ok now, at 34, 10 years ago would have been the real deal.
As far as the toppik, in person it looks like I'm painting my head, only in the pic does it blend in.
N the pennywise, favorite movie n horror character as a kid, I got some nice shirts too,although those are more artist done, not movie shots.
