I went to the doctor to get a check up and have blood work done because I haven't been to my regular family doctor in about 3-4 years. My results for the blood work came back that my T4 level was at like 6 or something -- that's if I'm remembering that fact correctly -- and that 6 was higher than normal by a good margin indicating I have an underactive thyroid. He also said that it could be exacerbating my hair loss to go along with why I've recently felt like I've had carpal tunnel and have had trouble sleeping. Does anybody have any experience with this?
