I'm seriously considering taking 2.5mg of oral minoxidil to compliment my hairloss regimen, I'm impressed by the results but what's more I also have had a problem with vasoconstriction for much of my adult life by the name of "reynauds phenomenon" I'm currently using sildenafil to treat it but I don't like the fact that it also increases testosterone as well in doing so.
My biggest worry about taking oral minoxidil is that it will give me the same ill side effects that made minoxidil topically a complete no-go for me. I developed fine lines on my forehead and my undereye that simply weren't there before. Not to mention the insane scalp redness and flaking that I experienced from the topical as well.
I want to hear from oral minoxidil users, past and present, did at any time of your taking it did you ever suspect that it was reducing collagen in your body, especially your face, or more specifically, did you feel as if it was accelerating your natural aging process.
Anyone with experience is welcome to respond, not really interested in arguing my personal experience to which I think minoxidil absolutely did have adverse effects topically.
