For those of you that use dermarollers with long nails.. how do you calculate how much milimeters are you penetrating?

For instance Somebody uses a 1.5mm if I remember correctly daily but he says he doesn't go deep.. so how deep can you know how you are going? seems random as f***.

Just buy the ones that have the correct depth and always press hard. I have a 1mm and a 0.25mm roller. The latter for absorption

Regrowth in front is nuts right now but still nothing in the crown.

Hairline will double it's density if this keeps up.


I'm gonna go ahead and micro needle every other day with 1mm hard on my crown to see if it accelerates change.

Nothing on the crown for me either, that I know of, but seeing new hairs in hairline and temples.

I think if this shedding continues for up to a month of oral min then I’ll add cb

Well i dont know what else to tell you. I still think you should drop minoxidil alltogether and stick to your current protocol.
You keep freaking out and want to add things to your protocol because of the shedding. Why do you not understand that your shedding is not male pattern baldness. Its just shedding. male pattern baldness doesnt make you lose 300 hairs per day. If this keeps going, you'll end up cutting your balls off with a hot knife

It's not normal itch, pretty sure my skin is allergic to it. My scalp is bumpy and red from it. I'm going to order the foam version tho.

He’s posted prior photos, it’s not that hard for people with a bit of interest to click on his username and see his posts without going through all the pages, those that are aware of that but don’t do it are just plain lazy.

I use, as do many, the 12-needle cartridge as it’s best in preventing native hair from being cut or pulled out. Those you listed are more for facial areas for scars and wrinkles.

Thanks mate I appreciate the feel back. But I agree I don’t think I can add oral min back. Most the hairs I’m shedding are terminal and at 300 a day I feel like I have some type of Telogen Effluvium. So after a month or two off of oral min if i continue to shed 200 plus a day I’ll stop finasteride and add cb. finasteride could be causing it.

You dont understand what im saying. Im saying that there is no way around this shed. You HAVE TO shed before things get better. You shouldnt try to circumvent the shed. You have to just bite the bullet and go through with it. Dont try to avoid it man. Look at my update post. Look what dutasteride did with my hair. And everyting turned out good in the end.
You have your logic all wrong. If you keep adding stronger anti-hairloss stuff, the more you'll shed. But if you keep dropping or doing stuff, that shed will get worse and worse.
