You have a good donor area, but you have very significant hair loss. Would be A LOT of grafts to get that looking filled in. Would start on minoxidil and finasteride first to see where you'd be at after around 6-9 months, but your hair loss is very advanced so results probably wouldn't be too significant. Very sad to see hair loss that advanced at only 21. Wish you the best of luck.

Unfortunately it'll never looked filled in as is, even with a few transplants. Best you could hope for is a thin look with a high hairline. Maybe finasteride n min will help, then reevaluate.

On a side note, I'm sure you've heard this before, but It looks the hair is secondary. I'd work on the other part while taking finasteride n min.
