Does crown loss usually spread forward? I always think of hair thinning from front to back but I'm prolly wrong on that.

I had a roomemate the crown was a crown sufferer. It just went all the way forward, untill finally you start loosing the forelock and hairline.
did he hang himself
He was 5'4, about a NW5 vertex with a good skull, and head. handsome face by ethical standards.
He's 32, but hasn't had a girlfriend since he was 23. Feel sorry for the guy tbh
Dude, you are being too hard on yourself. From what I've read, you've done good for yourself.
bite the bullet, and get on the rug, and maintain with drugs.
Why would you get a hair transplant if you don't use medication? Now you'll have plugs all over your head when you go bald.
Fvck all you half *** bald nw3 a holes... swing, vesper, toms(1.5). Fvck all you guys.
Hey calm down baldie lol. I've said it time and time again, levels of baldness affect different people in different ways. If you a teenager with a diffuse NW3 you are just as ****** as a NW7. This forum is for anyone who is concerned about their hairloss. There is no set point where suddenly you qualify to be allowed to vent on here. Watch your dirty expletives. Have a nice day.
Update -
Any NW7 can become a Norwood 1 with hair transplants. Go to a good doctor and work out the maximum amount of grafts you can utilise from your scalp. Decide the Norwood you would be happy with - let's say for arguments sake NW1. Get your maximum amount of grafts evenly spread out in the NW1 pattern. Then use body hair transplants as filler hair. Simples. Your welcome.![]()
**** you and your cat .

Bollocks.
Body hair transplants are expensive, grafts don't always successfully implant, texture is different, and a lot of them have been butchered. Also, Pilofocus is the only method of harvesting follicles I'd recommend on the body as the scarring would be FAR less evident and yield rates from scalp hair is much higher (near 100%). Problem is that Dr. Carlos Wesley hasn't said anything about using pilofocus for BHT... only then would I agree that full restoration would be possible.
I've never thought I would see this on this forum.
Even balding guys hate other balding (or bald in this case) guys it seems.
What if you looked better and women found you more attractive? Would it still bother you then?
