I mean, I know the obvious answer is you wouldn't want to feminize your body.
But due to the high incidence of side effects, a lot of treatments in development right now are focused on topical application, aiming to limit the effects of AAs to the scalp, anyway.
So if you're trying to avoid the same issue of systemic side effects, why not try and apply whatever mechanism is necessary for that localization to something that is proven to give you massive regrowth rather just maintenance – such as estrogen?
It seems to me you'd be trying to solve the same problem but with much greater payoff. Or would estrogen for some reason be that much harder to confine to a specific area?
