Hello fellow baldness affected people
I´ve been monitoring this forum since I´ve discovered my mbp with 18 years, and it has been a help, I started treatment( propecia and minoxidil) thanks to you guys
But what I also realised is that a lot of you guys seem to only focus on hairloss, make it the center of your lifes and let it eat up all your confidence, when, as a matter of fact, the loss of confidence is actually the biggest problem that comes with mbp.
Seriously guy, I´ve seen tons of people with mbp, many of them very young, and some of them most likely with worse hairloss than you, the guy who is reading this right now, the worst case being a norwood 6 at the age of 21.
And I also watched some of those guys live a great life, with great friends and hot girlfriends. And, well, other whith a sh*t live.
And there was always one important difference between those two groups: the guys with the good live didn´t seem to care about mbp, they seemd confident, had a positive attitude most of the time a cheeky smile and seemd like they knew what their doing, typical alpha males
And than there was the other group, self-conscious as f*ck, and you saw it as soon as you looked at them
They felt bad about themselfes, were always aking the question "why me?" and blamed everything bad in their life, every girl who turned them down and every person who treated them badly on mbp
Again, the difference between thos people wasn´t the male pattern baldness, it was the way they decided to deal with it: Some decided to not give a sh*t, move on with their lifes and be self confident, and the other ones decided to whine, to blame everything bad on their condition and to let themselfs be limited by their hairloss
Not exactly aplpha male behavior, don´t you think?
And, lets face it: Looks don´t matter as much as everyone thinks, especially if you´re male
Seriously guys, I´ve seen tons of ugly guys getting hot girls, same story as with the ones with mbp: Those guys were always the confident ones, the alpha males
And I´m not saying that its easy to deal with mbp that way, it´s hard as sh*t actually
But it´s definetly the better way to just not give a f*ck, develop some confidence, and move on with your life
I myself will do eerything to keep my hair as long as possible, but with the options we have right now, this doesn´t seem possible
And when the day comes where I give in to hairloss, which won´t be to long looking at my norwood 3 at age 20, I will at least try to do it with some proud, and do my best to not become one of those whiny guys who just pity themselfes.. and you should think about that too
Cheers
