Have you tried Rogaine Foam? You may have an intolerance to PPG but not to Minoxidil. Finasteride / Dutasteride are your top choices. Don't expect too much regrowth from those alone. Holding ground is success.

There are two options: (1) you have naturally fine hair or (2) your hair is thinning and your hairline is receding. Hair popping up might be small miniaturized hair that are just getting weaker and weaker. I would go on the Big 3 if I were you.

What tells you that your hair loss is related to Accutane? If it is, what would be the mechanism? I doubt it would involve DHT. Finasteride inhibits DHT, so I am not sure how that would help. How old are you? Maybe it's just male pattern baldness kicking in, and it has nothing to do with Accutane.
