Why are you thinking of increasing the dosage? I am on the same dosage as you, going onto my 4th month. Have you gotten any regrowth? What months did you get your sheds? What is your routine?

I am cutting it into 1/4ths. I have been doing this for month 2-present, which is 3.5 months. I will get a better answer at month 6 which I will decide then, if I should increase the dosage. I wish there were more people who took .25 and see if they improved.

I have been on finasteride for a little over a month now and I am seeing some good results with it. Question is I have been reading that you can gain the same effectiveness by taking .25 mg of finasteride. Would it be ok for me to cut down right away to .25 or should I go to .5 for a week and then .25?
