theres no point because you are already inhibiting 100% of ar signaling with 50mg if ur on E.

remember 1mg of bica blocks 10ng/dl of T and Ikarus uses Bica and Estrogen at 2mg, his T was 160ng/dl.

so a dose higher than 16mg will not be more effective, your AR is already blocked 100%, you just need to wait longer for results, I use 150mg because my T was 1488ng/dl on the blood test last month
What about if I take 200 mg spironolactone and 50 mg bica?

Estradiol promotes hair growth, it's really up to you, if you dont mind losing 50% or more of your masculinity.
So do you thi

Thank you for the reply but let's say if bridgburn just did the 150 Bic from the very beginning do you think he would have the same result?

It's hard to say, i wouldn't think so, because estrogen is fuel for hair growth, but he also uses minoxidil, so no one can really say, he got his results from all the drugs he took/takes, the regrowth in the end is really all that matters.
Thank you totally agree:))

yeah... i get face and shoulder acne when i combine the two. if i just take either one alone, then it's fine, this is the only thing i don't like about bicalutamide. I want nice skin, hair and healthy body weight, i am so over being a skinny stick, it angers me that i can't eat food the way i need to unless i have progesterone causing me to feel like I'm starving 24/7.
So you get oily skin and acne on progesterone and on Bika there are no female forms?

"it has been reported that bicalutamide has weak affinity for the progesterone receptor (PR) (~100- to 500-fold lower than for the AR),[22][23][24][25] where it acts as an antagonist (with only ~12-fold lower functional inhibition relative to the AR in one study).[25][26] Hence, bicalutamide may have some antiprogestogenic activity,"

you could still use progesterone to further reduce 5ar and boost neurosteriods

anytime you use a medication that inhibits CYP17A1 activity or ways testosterone is synthesized (i.e. spironolactone) the body will increase LH to compensate for the lower T. When you come off the drug, CYP17A1 activity is no longer inhibited and you also have a higher LH level so your testosterone will increase higher than what it was before.

Id suggest you try a glucocorticoid and 25-50mg bicalutamide

glucocorticoids will partially inhbit CYP17A1 activity by inhibiting adrenal androgen production. Then you can use a lower dose of bicalutamide since u will have 40% lower testosterone levels (adrenal androgens count as 40% of T) and you would not have AR reflex hyperandrogenicity.

glucocorticoids also do not have off target AR activity (i.e. partial agonist activity like SAA's: spironolactone/cpa/medroxyprogesterone) so they won't interfere with bicalutamide results.
Glucocorticoids have a ton of side effects and you can't stay on them for long periods of time. Not to mention they often have a rebound reaction upon discontinuing.

about 5% of t comes from adrenals, otherwise eunuchs would be much more androgenic
Dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEA-S) is a steroid secreted mainly by the adrenal cortex (95%) and ovaries (5%).
