You switch up pretty fast based on the opinions of others. If I had told you I used minoxidil I'm sure you would not be talking like this.
Whose opinion would that be? European diet might play a role in some hair loss, but don't you think most people here figured that sh*t out before jumping into hrt?
Edit: How ever impressive is your hair recovery, it has no significance for people with just androgenic alopecia.

I wouldn't want to waste my time to fight off my nature, genes.... with snake oils lol... and in the end... nature.

You just can't fight off nature WITH nature xD.

If you are destined, like me, to go bald, there's nothing you can do against it, besides taking medical action.

Its NATURE vs. CHEMISTRY

May?

If I didn't use minoxidil but fixed my hairline out what could it be? I'm not on any regime right now but yet still maintaining. Hmmm mystery indeed.

Minoxidil/finasteride and other stuff that you're running is the ONLY thing that works clearly.

Like I said before, if I told you i used minoxidil you wouldn't be doubting and the excuse that apparently I didn't have male pattern baldness when I had a bald spot at the back of my head.

Do whatever you like mate. No one is selling you anything at all. Someone earlier on quoted to see pictures so I showed.

It just gets annoying when you're discredited for not using any hardcore stuff like finasteride or minoxidil.

Very true! I appreciate the point you made here! Everyone should consider and re-view their diet, lifestyle. It plays a big role. You are what you eat, but sometimes, you have to combat androgens to sufficiently act against ANDROGENetic Alopecia.

You are not being discredited for your regimen, im just saying that no amount of "nutritions" will help with AA. And further more if you maintaining without a regimen that just confirms that you didnt had AA

If you are eating a diet that significantly decreases endogenous sex hormones, or perhaps is high in equol (and you have the genes to be an equol producer) then a diet can impact AA. The chances of this working are low because most people do not have minor hair loss that will stabilize on its own. Nonetheless it is still possible.

Diet can certainly impact inflammatory markers as well. It's just a matter of how sensitive you are to all these things.

AA is progressive, I have to agree here.

If I understand correctly, Bridgeburn took 0.75mg of Estradiol (1 press of Estrogel), and then switched to 1.5mg. Perhaps just 0.75mg is enough to lower T
But I still don't know if it's better than 75mg of Bicalutamide, which should block all receptors. Or maybe both?

I don't think it makes sense to apply it to the scalp. This is uncomfortable, the gel will remain on the hair, etc. More comfortable wrist
Nah. It blends right in and if anything, it is cleansing to the hair. If you want to do exactly what @bridgeburn did and I do, I would at least put it on the hairline since this is just skin so it by definition won't hurt your hair style. You want you hair back but you seem to be kicking and screaming before you will do what works, which is fine but maybe the HRT route isn't for you. I tell lots of young guys that this isn't probably the right path for them. HRT is the right path if you are essentially willing to do anything that doesn't harm general health to get your hair back.

No amount of nutrition will help AA? When I fixed my diet out and applied the topicals then it started growing back.

Before that it was dead and never grew back until I forced. What your saying doesn't make sense. Also, you've never tried so how are you going to tell me that diet doesn't work.

I'm maintaining because I'm not eating crap that promotes hairloss. I also occasionally put in rosemary/peppermint after shower.

also since I never used minoxidil they're not depending on that stuff.

Damn you are dens, you had nutritional deficiency not AA plus microneedling can stimulate hair growth by it self.

Between not at all and ever so slightly over many years afaik
And in your case? To me, that current pic is hauntingly, in the good way, beautiful in terms of how you present, Gergely. Even being bi-sexual can be an advantage in that both sexes might be attracted to a person. The younger and smaller a person, the more likely they will achieve full facial feminization.

I still try to figure out if I can use bica for +10years. Many people scared me away the last weeks, others claim that it's really good and +85% more effective than minoxidil and finasteride together.
There will be nothing left of you without a dominant sex hormone, most likely as bone mass shrinks fairly soon. Essentially no MtF's do this without estrogen, even non-binary folks because it is not healthy or safe for more than 90 days. Wpath allows 90 days of single shot AA's at the beginning but most practitioners are not willing to do even that and 90% perhaps start off with between 2mg and 6mg although with SL administration, less should be used.

back in 2015 i was 21 years old here.

This regime was created by Taeian so I can't take credit for it.
Why don't you post his blog for others like me? There's a lot of good information in it beyond the food part, which to me was the weakest but as someone said, folks with nutritional deficiencies often indicate Telogen Effluvium.
