Seriously guys, I'm getting pretty desperate...

What would you recommend a young guy to reverse his hair loss, who's family has a strong history on baldness!? I am already on 1,25mg finasteride ED.

im not an expert on the other solution but i heard that finasteride is only a blocker and brings MILD regrowth

you would need to stack up minoxidil as well but im assuming you're already on that.

No, I am not yet on minoxidil, but I will try it orally sooner or later. Thanks!

finasteride blocks dht and mild regrowth that's all it does.

When you combine the 2 u can sometimes get hair growth...depending if you're a good responder or not.


You could try dutasteride instead of finasteride. it's stronger

Again not the expert on this but just confirm with others.

Found DHTcel's post, as you can see those thin hairs started to occur after 2 1/2 months of 150mg bica. Such a shame he's gone. From EVERYWHERE.

Just went to apply Estrogel to my hairline. There's a tiny spot on top where the plugs haven't heal that I put some on too. I micro-needled face and scalp last night and see how good my face looks? Hint, hint. Derma-rolling has healed a lot of scar tissue and I continue to do it weekly for that reason alone. I currently do it at 2.0 mm but after reading DD's link, I am tempted to go up to 2.5mm. I find 2.0mm to be less painful than the lower gauges probably because I don't have to apply pressure.
