I diffused and receded. It was a combination of things, diet, depression, nizoral abuse. I was bound to lose some hair in the future, but what I particularly noticed is that the back of my head below the crown was thick. That's the typical sign of male pattern baldness. male pattern baldness can't attack there.


Can you explain that? No of course you can't.

I've posted many times but getting tired of people constantly doubting. If you found a way to help recover hair but everyone says it's bullshit then it gets tiring.

And while not an endo, we have the presence of an actual, MD intern on here currently in my friend Tato from Brazil who loves his hair so much that he started an HRT route with a full head of hair and he is a great resource.

I can post it but I would have to search among my 250 messages the last two days, lol. It was a worthwhile read.
