What dose of bica are you going to try?I’m back on it but I’m staying at 100mg and I’m going to use bica in combination with it so my testosterone doesn’t get to high.

Shall I stop spironolactone to restore my testicular function or reduce it’s dose to 100 mg?
Thanks a lot! So, I should not stop it suddenly? I am planning to hop on bicalutamide. When shall I start it?You could try reducing it over the next couple of weeks to a month and then have a break from it for a few months. You can then gauge whether your balls are recovering or not. That’s the only way your going to know for sure.
I’m going to start with 25mg of bica and increase to to no more then 50mg depending on my results.
Good luck man. I’m sure you haven’t done irreversible damage. Just have a break. I didn’t think I wanted kids so I didn’t care but I’m seriously considering halting my hairloss treatments for a few more months and then taking some sperm samples.

how long have you been taking bica and how you feeling?I have hit four months since I started my regimen, and I am feeling depressed about my results... I am aware that there is a significant improvement, but it doesn't change the fact that my hair is still significantly thin. The hairs which are growing are on my scalp, and are significantly shorter than my normal-length hairs; it makes my hair still appear thin, but there's a 'shadow' on my scalp. I just wish I could teleport to a few months and see what the future holds for me!!!

Thanx for the reply. Do you produce semen on bicalutamide? When I switched from spironolactone to bicalutamide, I slowly cut out spironolactone whilst still using bicalutamide. I reduced my dose of spironolactone by half for two weeks, whilst taking my dose of bicalutamide, and then cut it out completely.
Not gonna do that man.I was horny as f*** too. Up your dosage to 200mg and see what happens.![]()

Why do you think 50mg more would have such impact, though?
lol you remind of @Father_of_Shiseido , paranoid but no actual hairloss, are seriously considering estrogen and AA as an option, wow! jump on dutatsride for few months and then judge for yourselfWhere is my gun, my dear Watson?
Haha.
Please yarr Bridge, I'm a well educated person. I don't have any kind of probias. I've already said I don't have pattern hair loss.
I lose all over equally and have less than 50% of my original hair left.
I'm uploading a pic taken just after waking up and washing hair.
I have been on dutasteride 2.5 mg for almost the last three years. Initially, it improved my hair condition significantly, but after two years, it stopped working altogether. That's when I started taking spironolactone. I have stopped taking spironolactone now. I am also willing to reduce my dutasteride dose from 2.5 mg to 0.5 mg, as it is not safe for the long term. So, I am asking this to experienced members of this thread, if reducing dutasteride from 2.5 mg to 0.5 mg will be detrimental for my hair?

For the f*****g last time, I'm uploading some pics that demonstrate that I'm actually losing hair.
See them and tell me - how on earth a person who has lost about 70% of density can not be balding?
Now for some people who just read things to reinforce their beliefs and don't really consider the truth even after sufficient evidences, put forth before them : I'm a right winger who is fond of masculine characteristics and has even on this thread where people call estrogen to be superior hormone, defended musculine traits like aggression, assertiveness, stoicism etc. Why would I consider anti-androgens if I wasn't actually losing hair?
[expecting a shower of dislikes for I have questioned estrogen being superior. Just that you know, I don't care; and I mean it, not just because it's a trend to say this.]
Man, you wouldn't believe that I myself had already been lost 60% of my hair when I posted my last pic. Then the same guy @Sonolmn98 trolled me and said I have a full head of hair. Photos are not the best way to tell if someone is balding or not. Dr. William Rassman has repeatedly emphasised this point in many of his posts. If only @Sonolmn98 knew this fact.Another unknown Internet user giving me gyaan (unsolicited advices).

Um.. Maybe 60% but it is alot. I'vebbeen losing alot more since starting treatment - dunno why.I wouldn’t say 70% of density of lost; I had lost 70% of my density and my hair loss is much worse than yours. You most likely have lost around 30%...
