There are way too many stories/anecdotes with many people stating how Finasteride and Dutasteride wrecked their hairline and/or increased their Hair loss(hair loss). We can say almost every one goes through the shed.
I think this happens because both finasteride as well as dutasteride increases Testosterone. dutasteride increases it way more than finasteride and this explains why there's more stories of hairline degradation by Duta.
But this theory leaves us wanting, for it doesn't explain why does hair loss stabilize as the time passes on finasteride/dutasteride. Could it be because testosterone comes back to natural levels? Or is there any other reason... Consider that both (finasteride and dutasteride) start working (inhibiting 5aris thus DHT) almost immediately but results are generally seen after 6 months and those too aren't any astonishing either.
