Many still received regrowth on Bica, but they differ from Ikarus in that they started treatment before him
Unfortunately, yes, we have no guarantees. And even the one who castrated himself continued to have problems with the crown. I will give 50mg of Bicalutamide and hope for a miracle. We may need to introduce 2mg of Estradiol (and 5mg or oral Minoxidil) maybe for a year or two, to reverse balding. I am pretty sure you can tapper off it and continue with bica + duta to maintain what you have for your (liver- (lol)) life time -> See Noah.
It could be that you dont even need E (+minoxidil) because you got such great aromatizing genes... but thats pretty doubtful. Well, Ein got an estrogenic profile from only bica...
I would bank sperm before adding Estradiol, because your testicles will atrophy and you wont be able to get childrens anymore (for ever (being infertile)).

Tho we have to consider that, when you castrate yourself, you wont grow boobs lol.
However, with bica, you get gyno. This shows you that Bica CAN have some effects on hair, besides stopping male pattern baldness as in "castration" of the AR's.
I started 1mg estradiol (very low dose) and .75mg estrogel 5 weeks ago and have no side effects (yet). I can see tiny vellus hairs on the hairline

I think it will work. Ikarus said that in the future he would stop E and stay only on Bik and some other drugs. E will restore your follicles, and androgen blockade will prevent them from miniaturizing

Why not just taking tablets/pills, if you will stop E anyways after regrowth?
At first I thought about pills, but then I came to the conclusion that the gel is more convenient and cheaper. I also consulted with MTF, they told me that the gel is better. But I don't remember why anymore, lol
