He is a mysterious case. Lol. You can tell by his hairline that his aromatization genes are IMPRESSIVE, despite of the aggressive male pattern baldness (early onset). In fact, Ein is the only one who got the result on Bicalutamide. Everyone else either didn't get it, or used doses above 100mg, or added E
To be honest, I am beginning to lean towards the idea that Bicalutamide alone will not help me. Because Ein has unusual baldness, and he did not help everyone else who has baldness like mine. I will wait until autumn and think about adding E to me, or increasing the dose of Bicalutamide. Ideally, I should try 75mg first, then 150mg, and then think about estrogen. The fact is that testing will take another 1 year, and my patience is running out. I'll try to keep myself togetherHe is a mysterious case. Lol. Test your T levels in 1-2 months. To be honest, I am beginning to lean towards the idea that Bicalutamide alone will not help me. @JaneyElizabethBica is honestly safer
ЕMine is 719 pmol/L...
Holy, thats much! With only 2mg... and bica.
You still alive?Query: I've been taking Bicalutamide (with 4mg e) for the past 3 months and I've notice no change at with my hair. I'm about to run out and considering going back to CPA? Have I given Bica enough time? or do I stick with it for a further 3 months.
Previously I've been on CPA + duta + minoxidil for a year or so, on this I managed to recover hair crown and fill temples with a ton of pigmented vellus hairs. But everything stopped growing, so I switched to Bica. And it's stayed the same - vellus temples stuck not growing, not falling either, weird.
@bridgeburn used it the first couple months for his estrogen intake and saw very good results. There is very little science and research backing it but I do believe it has a localized effect on the scalp. Its hard to see the vellus hairs in regular lighting but the ones that have grown in the last 5 weeks are in places I have not had hair since I was like 13 so something is happening....If I want to add estradiol, I will add 1.5mg E from Estrogel, which is two clicks, as I understand it. Do you think this will work?
I'm going to apply it to my forearms, not my scalp
What dose did you use, why are you not using it now? I am using 50mg BicalutamideNot really. Flutamide is a STRONG anti androgen at the right dose for your body. It is oral RU or bicalutamide. My e was a 30pg/ml the entire period I took Flutamide. My T was well off the charts as was my DHT.
I think it is better because it has a longer half life and allows you to have consistent E2 levels where if you take it orally through a pill there are moments that it spikes your E2 levels. I really do believe that it has a localized effect. Lets see what happens at the 6 month mark.At first I thought about pills, but then I came to the conclusion that the gel is more convenient and cheaper. I also consulted with MTF, they told me that the gel is better. But I don't remember why anymore, lol
I really dont see any evidence why the regimen i started a month ago will not grow hair. I am using a low dose of spironolactone, low dose of E 5mg oral minoxidil and finasteride. All of my research over the last couple years indicates that this is bound to re-grow hair, the only thing that might need to change is the dosage. To be honest, I am beginning to lean towards the idea that Bicalutamide alone will not help me. currently I believe taking bica, estradiol and dutasteride is the strongest anti-androgenic regimen
In some countries, it cannot be obtained without a doctor's prescription. I think sooner or later he will accept him because he needs himPls-Nw1, why are you praising bicalutamide and you’re not in it yet ? Just asking, no offense

One press of estrogel, if I understand correctly. I wonder if this gives a result. I would not want to reduce T very much and raise E to female valuesI take 0.75mg Oestrogel 17b-estradiol once per day. it's half life is 36 hours, so 1 dose of 0.75mg will last for 72 hours in the body. 72 divided by 24 hours = 3 days. 3 divided by 0.75 = 2.25mg estradiol per day after building up in the blood.
i hope i did that right lol
I would like to hear a bit of your hair story and what you did.I still haven't fully recovered from the letrozole shed from march last year, i have no idea what to do to recover from it other than estradiol. It completely decimated my hair the two months i was on it at 2.5mg. Very stupid of me to take it instead of trying something like ralox instead, live and learn i guess.
