Yeah if my current regimen doesn't get regrowth then I will definitely have to just get some kind of transplant. There is a cure, but it's all about how far you are willing to go.
Cure my arse. You will still lose the rest of your follicles with the extent of your targeted norwood assigned to you at birth.

Probably because of the steroidal pathway. It's hard to regulate long term use on ANY steroid
Probably, CB-03-01 is from the same class, no wonder it works soo poorly, and it's effects decrease just about 6 months. Pure BS lol

I am doomed to be NW7 with severe donor thinning. I still have a NW2, but diffuse NW7.

And I am 17.

the affinity of bicalutamide for the AR is relatively low as it is approximately 30 to 100 times lower than that of DHT, which is 2.5- to 10-fold as potent as an AR agonist as testosterone (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bicalutamide )
So even if dutasteride block the production of DHT from T, and even if bicalutamide is sitting on the androgen receptors, the frontdoor DHT and the backdoor DHT can easily kick out the bicalutamide, and then simulate the androgen receptor 2 to 10 times more than T.

The electrolyte equilibrium thing is an exaggeration imo. I spent 2 weeks analyzing what the redditers/susans say on spironolactone and it’s diuretic effects.

Anyway i ordered some spironolactone, going to test it at 100mg/day

I used estriol topical cream intravaginal presentation 1mg of estriol for every 1g of the product, I used the 50g product in 15 days.

I'll tell you something, I've already spent too much time researching too much for androgenic alopecia.

If you have androgenic alopecia you have already tried minoxidil and finasteride and even though you have hardly managed normal these treatments, they will give you some results if we no got result you need be worry.

I have never seen photos of recovery with estriol, I have seen people saying they have achieved results, but without photos without anything, just in the word (really?) , I have androgenic alopecia I know how difficult this is to treat , It doesn't seem logical put only estriol on scalp and wait results , i will repeat i never see this before If you saw it I would like to see the link and analyze the photos.

What I have to tell you is this, if you are losing hair and conventional treatments are not working, do something about it soon.

I don't think estriol is the holy grail of hair loss by any means, I don't see examples of regrowth I just hear about, people say they can, but in my opinion taking a treatment of estriol regardless of dosage if it is solitary will not work.

I say this with my empirical opinion of what I have lived and seen, I am not underestimating you and your treatment in any way, on the contrary I am here to help and accompany you, if you wanna you can try together with microneedling and minoxidil
Estriol is too weak, you'd need a synthetic ERb analog like way-214156. But even then, the more important issue is nuking all androgens and blocking the receptor.

I really doubt it. If there are any leydig cells they can repopulate. Taking an LH agonist would help with that.

This article is very good.

Sperm responsible cells were preserved not all , but some cells leydig is preserved in most TRANS patients.

The fact is that it is not just about germ cells and spermatogenesis, a sperm still needs to go through other stages before it is viable for fertilization, called maturation.

There will be severe hypotrophy throughout the region and serious anatomical changes!

Thickening of the albugineia tunic , reduction of tubular diameters with depletion on germinal cells and some others , some things will be irreversible .

The truth is that there are very few studies on the subject.

  • "Hormone therapy contributes to loss of volume, concentration, motility (ability to move), and total count of sperm, even after you stop taking it. "

And maybe you cant go back

So yes, some patients can become infertile due to the change in the scrotal structure, this is go beyond to preserving leydig cells.

First question for fertilization?

Is there enough sperm?

Optility are sperm moving properly?,

Morphology is the healthy?

Fertility goes far beyond the preservation of leydig cells

Note that the study only says that the cells have been preserved, the study does not say that they are fertile.

Are you going to risk it? Will you pay to see? That is the big problem.

Maybe you can go back , maybe not.

I agree, you may be able to return to being fertile, but the most correct thing to do is to freeze your sperm if you want to get into such a scheme forever , because maybe, MAYBE, it can go bad .

I'm not worried about infertility. I am concerned that the testes stop producing T. You understand how serious this problem is. So serious that it is better to be bald. Of course, the likelihood of this is small. But we don't know what she is

I don't know how long it takes for E to grow her hair. And how long does it take for major changes to take place. It would be nice if E could grow hair in 3 months, i.e. before the testicles are damaged. But I don't know what effect E has, because everyone uses it with minoxidil. I hate minoxidil users, because of minoxidil it is not clear what effect other drugs have
