I'm not sure what your goals in life are. You are very, very attractive and I would kill for your hair. I am sure that women and men both are attracted to you but assuming you are XY and want to get married and have children, then dutasteride is key. You might be able to use Estrogen topically on your scalp and face as a local titration of estradiol that might not have significant body effects. How old are you?

im goign to have gyno surgery in the future so body will not be much a problem gyno is the major issue

It depends on your goals. You have a somewhat androgynous look, facially and hair-wise. Battling hair loss can become all consuming. There are many things that can improve the situation especially when the person has no slick skin baldness. I think you should use finasteride at a minimum and that's probably enough for now. You might try adding gelatin to your diet and micro needling and oral minoxidil. Retin-A improves all skin in terms of aging from what I discern. I would not obsess about this except in as much as you want to prevent future baldness.

im gonna stick with dutasteride i cant imagine myself losing massive amont of hair again... i m even thinking to megadose it.I just want to keep my hair and get some good improvements in thickness and so on,so im using this crap, im heavly diffused and i want regrowth and keep it,this is my last dance and chance to keep my hair forever

my regimen is een injections weekly cpa 75 mg a week(25 mg 3 times a week) dutasteride and om daily and now ive added topical hydrocortisone butyrrate and supplementing with multivitamin and a vit D supplement

See, I don't know what you are currently doing but dutasteride for life is your best option as a copulating male. You seem to be taking strong HRT meds so I doubt you will ever lose your hair as long as you are okay with the side effects. XY's rarely experience significant breast growth from HRT but I now have quite large breasts and quite large nipples that are huge for an XY and moderate for an XX, maybe a C cup and still slowly growing.

To me, the psychological effects of estradiol are liberating. You will have far less OCD especially about sex stuff. You will become less aggressive and nicer and far slower to anger. 99 percent of criminals are male. There's a reason for this and it's partly testosterone and mostly lack of intelligence. Women don't commit armed robberies at the local 7-11.

There are always a few mascots on here with seemingly perfect hair. If they think they have hair loss issues, then there's a place for them.
There are some guys who seem to post pics that always seem devoid of baldness entirely where they constantly post pics and ask "how am I doing?" They often have child-like hairlines so go figure. Trannys who can't pass seem to do this all of the time too, from the opposite direction.
Trust your mirrors and your camera and check for baldness in the worst possible lighting. If you look balding in bad light meaning you see pink skin clearly underneath with mostly villus hairs then eh, you are balding in general. I used to hate this. I would look good in some lighting and then go into a poorly lit florescent lighting situation and it was clearly visible.
In general if a person thinks that they are balding, they are right because it's a painful conclusion that most don't want to admit to themselves.

Eh. I have neither the inclination nor anything graspable to "jack". To the extent that I had any fetishes, they all started to seem incredibly stupid and pointless now so the irony is that anyone who does "this" as a fetish soon finds that they cannot make the idea exciting any longer.
