ok back to hair restoration,i thought hair restoration was correlated to feminization(more feminization more hair(?)
Well it is for many ppl but for me personally it isnt. When I had peak feminization my hair used to suck. Well there was a time where I looked heavily feminized and got a good hair but that lasted like few months.
But instead is the most important thing nuked T and nuked dht?
Everything is important. You need high e2 and nuked T and DhT

Yes I compare my face constantly. I definitely look more masculine than a year and a half ago. I am 3 years on hrt and to my surprise, the more time I'm on HRT the less femenine I get. I wont say masculine but less femenine.

I don't think it can happen but I will prob stay in the in between like I am right now
so you still feminine

yeah when you said that i was initially scared cause i thought, less feminine means more masculinity, and more masculinity more hair loss thats all
No, it is just less femenine, but yeah less femenine means more masculine but not in the way I was before hormones ofc

so the pillar for hair restoration and less inflammation is high e2 and nuked T and dht?Everything else come second?
I mean even with a bit of a raise in dht can other things proven to work like minoxidil needling and other things like make the dht spike irrelevant?

Mhh I dont know. Prolly some feminization but not much. Like I am masculine enough to never being gendered as female and not getting asked if I enter in male restrooms

As long as you keep dht between 4 to 6 ng/dl you are good. Like 8-9 ng/dl is still good but if you cant aim to the 4-6 ng/dl it is better.

i want my hair forever. I need high e2 nuked T and dht and then i would like to take high dose bica just in case.
If i have dht below 10 ng dl can bica blocks it effectively??

Well that can be a bit tricky. That is why I want ro use high dutasteride dosages. That ensures you low tissue dht. Aim for at least 2.5 mg dutasteride if you want to aim to %84+ scalp dht inhibition

Not worth to use bica for 10 ng/dl and i dont think it can block it fully unless you take 50 or more mg per day. It is more expensive than dutasteride and less effective for DHT

im becoming so greedy i want my hair healty till i die.I dont care about aging hair loss i just want them to not miniaturize.
What should i do?
So having dht below 10 ng dl can still lead to miniaturization?

Well as you said tissue dht is unknown unless you do biopsy or something like that. So if you dont want or cant do it 2.5 mg dutasteride or more is your best bet to be safe forever.

No. It is safe at 12.5mg or 25 mg daily and there are no studies long term but some trans have taken it for many years without issues for now. If you take 50 mg or more it start to rise side effects long term, especially liver issues.
can e2 2.5 mg dutasteride and high dose bica be the cure?
E2 + dutasteride 2.5 mg or more + 12.5 mg bica daily + oral min 2.5 mg + tretinoin cream and topical minoxidil 5% in temples and hairline is what I think it can be one of the best hair loss stack we have rn IMO

will high dose of dutasteride like 2.5 mg and more still raise T significantly despite being on e2?

I dont need bica 25 mg. Im good with 12.5 mg bica and more dutasteride with the rest of the stack
