Dante is losing his hair quite badly judging from the pictures, especially for his age. I'd imagine he will be nw6 before his 30th birthday if treatments don't start working (sorry, dante).

Yeah but you are the opposite end of the spectrum of crazy as her, no offence. She doesn't care, you care too much.
She's an obese woman. She reads comments from online strangers saying her over eating is good.
You're a beautiful woman. Her reading those comments reinforcing her mental illness is the same as you on this forum reading Fred and Dante's comments.
Honestly you have PTSD from hairloss, you need to get over that (I know you're going to a therapist) and enjoy living life as a beautiful young woman. You spend how many hours a week with a therapist who tries to make you happy versus how many hours a week with us reading our depressing comments?

You should be wary of online diagnosing people you've never met. I have been in psychiatry since 17-18 and never have I gotten that diagnose. My diagnoses are depression and generalised anxiety disorder.
If you can judge that obese woman then be prepared to be judged yourself.
That's my judgement of you. From your avatars you have posted of your body you are very attractive.

I'm not the one who's hobby diagnosing people on an Internet forum. However, you don't need to be a medical expert to see that she's killing herself with that lifestyle. I just don't like to see people on a suicide mission, that's all.
You are indeed right that I care too much and that I should enjoy being a young, attractive woman. It's easier said than done, though.

How am I saying she doesn't have a place among the rest of us? If anything I would like to see her improve her health and not kill herself. It's funny how people think I'M judging when I'm really doing to opposite.

Her health has nothing to do with your harsh judgement of this slightly larger woman.
You, and all the rest of the finger wagers, are simply offended by the way she looks.
Your minds struggle to process her look because it aesthetically falls outside of the narrow definition of "normal"

Encouraging her to keep eating is not positive encouragment. Positive encouragment would be to advice her to get her health and life back on track while she still has a chance.
