I always wonder what the deal is with STD's in these kind of scenarios. Do these people just yolo it? Even if everyone has to be tested, you are still at risk. Then again, if a girl is hot and espouses at least middle class ideals I don't really think about the risk, so if everyone is hot I guess that could still apply.

I honestly do not know and I think for myself that is the turn off factor more than the morality of sex.

I tend to look at behaviour itself - and words spoken - and not a "look". The "very polite sweet upper middle class looking girl" doesn't mean much to me. If I saw a woman like that, I wouldn't assume she was either a virgin or had a low count of lovers in her past. I wouldn't assume anything based on how she presents herself visually. I'd be more interested in what she has to say about herself. You can find out a lot about a person with how they view themselves. People usually like talking about themselves, so it's easy to get them to do it.

How do you ever get to know someone? I talk to them, listen to them, observe their behaviour. That's how it works. If you read through my posts in this thread, I just mentioned the situation where someone is weighing up someone as a potential for a serious relationship. If you can't learn anything from somebody's own words and behaviour, then that's a weakness and people can take advantage of that - quite often that's how very bad relationships form.

One thing I definitely agree with you on is that people can get into a "brain fog" about someone because the sex is great, or there's some kind of dependency - they overlook all the danger signs and go into denial about that person.
