Too get size you need to bulk up first. Eat, eat , eat and eat some more. At the gym do lower reps of heavier weights, like 5x5 sets. Once you're happy with your weight gain, start cutting body fat. As for supplements use whey protein and creatine. You could add in a weight loss supplement when your cutting.
I agree about the bulking up part as far as the 5x5 heavy wieght, low reps.
But, if you train your body to "eat and eat and eat" you will get fat eventually. The reason why is that even though you will burn most of it off (or sh*t most of it out) when you are young, all you are doing is giving yourself an
eating disorder.
