Well, I guess I’ve stopped being afraid of estrogen. The main thing is that it gives me good growth, otherwise my next medicine will be a bullet in the temple.

Estrogen has pervasive skin effects that AA's don't have or barely have. The hair environments are not the same. Men have more sebum and yeast and coarser skin and hair. Men often cannot wear their hair below the ears because it looks crappy that long. I noticed before I noticed balding that my hair no longer looked good long. That's part of the mullet effect.

Boy does she look young and well, not hard on the eyes. It's probably imprudent to ask if any surgery? Great transition. I love my before and after pics. It looks like two different people.

MtF bottoms and femmes tend not to be able to get erect without help but I don't like topping anyway.

I don't know what that means but I think you are comparing having a female brain to suicide which is mildly humorous.
But seriously, if there are changes, they are just as likely to be improvements. You won't lose your ability to do math, I promise.

Even breasts possibly. I lost mine when I tried to be male again a few years back. But when I went back on HRT, it was like the pump was primed or something and girl did they grow out to almost D's but this is all but literally, one in one hundred with that sort of breast development. You can reach a point where they are permanent and I am thinking maybe B cups and over are permanent. Average MtF size is double A. I think mine are permanent even with Serms.
Hey, they are bigger than my ex's which MtF's can virtually never say!
Depression also affects the brain in a bad way. I don't want to live the rest of my life depressed, disfigured by baldness. I am ready for a lot for the sake of hair, it is unlikely that something will stop me. It is possible that at the end of this year you will see a post from me in which I say that I am already taking estrogen.

He's not trying to transition. He does that just for hair loss. Its just crazy to let even as well your brain "feminize", let alone your bone structure etc., because he is still in his late teens, god. Guys should stop promoting estrogens before full development, if transitioning isn't the goal.

Depending on dosage, virtually every MtF experiences a great lessening of any and all compulsive behavior. Sex is something you like, not something you are compelled to do five times daily. It's a relief for many.
I feel so hopeless that I am afraid that even estrogen will not help. I see people who have not been helped even by 100-150mg of Bicalutamide. Bicalutamide's only success is Ein, but he had great temples, he bald non-aggressively
And people like Ikarus used oral minoxidil

Nobody's doing that except for young MtF's. For MtF's it is critical to start in the teens if possible. I am always frank about all effects, sexual and otherwise. To me, it's an incredible improvement but for younger guys, probably they should wait as long as they can and then bank sperm. I post my pics often and I think my male side is decent looking now but in terms of before and after, there's no comparison. I am far more attractive as a female.
I know this goes against what people think but with MtF's in certain ways, size is critical for passing. Guys under say 5' 8" whose head or features haven't grown much, tend to be far more successful at both passing and being more attractive. KCMB was a decent looking guy but now on a whole different level. I have mirrors at home and I wouldn't have done this if I looked worse. Do some MtF's look worse after transition? That's subjective and touchy for our cohort but I won't deny that some have incongruous features.
