You know, for basic feminization, dosing practice doesn't really matter, in terms of morning or night. Half-life tends not to matter but there are a couple of steady state forms of estrogen, namely injections and the patch, which I use. KCMB uses injections and has great hair but I prefer not to inject. The patch is even more steady state than injections. If, and it's a big if, half lives matter to results, then the patch and injections might work better. Generally though, half-lives matter more for psychological effects than feminization. SL utilizes three to four dosing periods with very short half-lives but they don't feminize any more or better than others although they "think" it grows bigger breasts. For MtF's everything is about the boobs, like here, all is about hair. Many MtF's wear wigs anyway because our hairlines have to be perfect to pass since women's hairlines only thin but never erode.
