I do agree that full removal of breast tissue would result in noticeable "i had obvious surgery" sign. For FtMs, i sympathize with alot because they don't have a choice and just like most MtFs hating their male parts and such, FtMs hate their apparent female sides. Mastectomy, despite the scars and look wise, it brings FtMs some relief and acceptance with their bodies, and when done by an expert surgeon, it can look natural and just part of the body.

For MtFs, alot do complain about breast size as you have mentioned, but some don't even know that cis-females do so as well. The first thing you would hear a cis-female complain about, is her breast size, followed by her eyes, her nose, her hair ect... So it is not weird at all in the grand scheme of things.

Estradiol (talking about its effects on MtFs) will give you breast tissue, ducts and lobules no matter your chest size, because that is what it does (when in high levels or paired with progesterone, it can also enable lactation). I am happy that you are satisfied with your breast growth, as you should be, cause breast implants just scream "fake" to people.

Moral of the story is, bcwywf.

I mean sure cis-females complain but MtF's are exactly like you guys are with your hair but instead it is with breasts. They are obsessed and whine a lot about medications "not working for them". The meds are working fine but one theory is that life-long exposure to T, mediates much less potential breast growth when switching but as I say, there are no guarantees as I was 50 and had so much more T-exposure over the years.

So the MtF equivalent of snake oil is progesterone up the rectum every day to try to grow breasts. I don't think it works and I tried it twice and it mostly makes a huge orangey or red mess. They flock to the Dr. Will Powers reddit site as he is their "breast guru". This might be mean but the main spokeswoman on his site, is both boob and hair-challenged as she touts his program for both hair and breasts. He has a hair formula that is decent with minoxidil ten percent but nothing we aren't already using to good effect on here. What I do is to cycle regular progesterone, Prometrium orally ten days a month at night @300 mg. Less than 200 mg tends not to be effective orally but my PA thinks I am taking one daily at 100mg.

One person who writes about this thinks that Premarin and ethinyl estradiol were better for breast growth so maybe that carries over to breast and hair growth but Premarin, a horse estrogen or estrogens, was my main med until last June and I continue having breast and nipple growth after 7 years so I make a poor spokesperson for the notion of "don't worry--MtF's are always small".

Hey, if I am going to have them, they might as well be stellar and they are, so thank you, Goddess!

Thanks. Yes, virtually all MtF's boob jobs look like footballs. I posted a few on my thread along with before boob job pics to give people ideas about how much growth is likely but I post my own to show guys worst case (bug or feature?) scenarios by using E2 or AA's. I can do that cis-female thing where you cover up both nipples with one arm and they just look round and fleshy but in a good way she hopes.

Estrogen lol
Nobody knows our secret but it's mostly beard removal plus adult female estrogen levels. I am 56 and I mean, I look in the mirror and see a much younger person now. Estrogen also promotes regressive effects towards childhood facial proportions except for bone. So our eyes open up and often significantly. We tend to have high cheekbones or have them put in which is something I had as a boy at 17 but then lost. The less your face diverges from childhood, the more easily one can pass or pass attractively. I am a runt, not sure about KCMB.

I still wonder if Estrogel on my breasts as well as Biestro all of these years made me develop chest-wise but I feel a little bit like a rock star as an MtF since well, I got pretty big ones but of course, I see cis-females that are just enormous and nipples too which tend to develop less in MtF's but many cis-females have small nipples.

women's hairlines only thin but never erode.
Not necessarily true. I see plenty of women who have temple loss. It's not as common as men. But still common enough that I can spot it practically anytime out at a grocery store. Granted it generally erodes to nw1-2 and rarely further. But not all have perfect rounded hairlines. Androgens affect them too

No surgery yet. Tho I have ffs coming up in a few weeks
Maybe we can privately message some time about that. I have used filler to great effect and it almost works like a mold but it's more expensive in the long run. I have probably spent $15,000 on filler and botox this year and another $30,000 on teeth. It's expensive for those of us who are perfectionists or who rather see themselves just in reach of being attractive. I could pass without filler but I was ugly, lol. Literally the day that I got filler the first time, a guy hit on me in a serious way. We were smoking weed in my car outside a bar and all of a sudden, he was all over me like in the movies where I was pushing him away with both arms back to his side of the seat but he kept trying to kiss me by holding me down.

Yeah, I mean that's true in my normal age category and I was still passing fine without the wig but I realize now that my breasts do that for me, which is unusual for MtF's but I am far past the point of deniability. Just like @bridgeburn, only my hair mattered really but if I hadn't gone this route, I mean deep down I must have wanted this but for those MtF's who don't grow up identifying as female, it's harder to know. But my ex and children were definitely going to notice. Ha, as I am bigger now than she is!

Wait, you started hrt for hair only with no plans to transition and didn't realize you were trans prior?

Yeah. I guess but my breast growth was always phenomenal even with Biestro only. So it didn't take long until I was putting it on my breasts in addition to my scalp and then Estrogel because I was bored during the day as a housewife. It was more that I saw females as more attractive and I wanted their hair and then it grew in strength in terms of wanting to be female. After my wife divorced me, I quit for about two years to try to get her back but my hair regressed horribly and then I just let it rip. My hair then actually got worse initially under HRT so I must have been using lots of Biestro and Estrogel.

Honestly, a lot of it for a person my age was that I was tired of T and its compulsive effects even beyond hair loss. I much prefer the estrogen-influenced sexuality as it is a choice but rarely a compulsion. As I think back, I wanted to be like a Ken Doll down there regardless of how I presented. I just always hated having junk which led to small penis fantasies which I failed to interpret correctly until I was on HRT. I write about this some times. For many MtF's, we have to work through the shame and humiliation of wanting to be female just like the guys who aren't MtF's. I had to wear the maid outfit to learn how to be alright with it but unfortunately my ex came home early one day before the children and she surprised me. Two months later, she filed for divorce, sigh. So I had kept my secret all of those years because I was afraid to tell her lest she leave me and then that was my reality.

A lot of this is almost dream-like for me because unlike my marriage, every single thing, every treatment as an MtF has worked spectacularly. I didn't even know at the time that it was unusual to have so much breast growth because I thought that it was equal for MtF's because of the way you are always warned off estrogen's side effects. Being a stay at home "father" should have prepared my ex but it didn't. So yes, this was my path but it didn't feel so much like a choice. Being attractive is a huge deal for me since I was always attractive until male pattern baldness.

jeez... the things we do for hair. FFS
She's doing that for some reason unknown to me but maybe she's using filler. KCMP could scarcely be, well, she doesn't look like she needs Facial Feminization Surgery. One reason why I am pushing pregnancy levels of E2 is not only for the hair but also to promote facial feminization. I write about this a lot but breasts and *** come first but above the neck can come much later. So like two years in, I looked identical to a female from the neck down except for what I could cover with one hand but I looked completely male from the neck up. It was less confusing to me maybe than to others but hair and FF came/are coming last. So that's good for guys who don't want FF although a little makes virtually everyone more attractive but it's mainly why HRT or estrogen won't work without at least the risk/possibility of breast growth that is substantial.

FFS is useless without beard removal though. Some of us cringe when we see folks try to pass without beard removal or when they post, "I can hide my beard with my new style of makeup ". So you look and they look like someone's 55 year old aunt or a female impersonator but everyone tells them literally, "you go girl" regardless since our ethic is to encourage people to come out regardless. I tried wearing makeup once in the summer of 2019. It ruined my shirt completely and it was a big gloppy mess. The next day, I started laser beard removal which I think, could promote scalp hair growth but nobody passes without beard removal unless they never had one or are of a race that lacks much growth there.

I am an interesting person. I would go back and forth in male and female garb in court so the judges never knew what to call me, lol. They would ask my pronouns and I would shrug my shoulders which they can't accept so I usually go by what I am wearing which is the same for my choice of bathroom or at least it was when I was mid-transition. In Maryland, I always had the right to use the women's but when you look male above the neck and aren't wearing a dress, some XX's freak out. Not sure why since all the stalls have doors. I do get the locker room thing and I still use the guy's locker room although it makes me a bit too popular in the showers at times....
