I stopped 1 mg dutasteride a month and a half ago and I am losing hair like a mother f****r again. Also scalp aches like every time my hair goes to sh*t and nothing seems to improve it, not clobetasol, not good diet, not protein, nothing. Only 1 mg dutas fixed my hair but now I don't have access to it. Fml I guess.

you need to eat meat. a lot of it. most of your diet should be meat. you can incorporate soy and various other protein sources to get to your macros but it should be mostly animal protein (not dairy bcoz inflammation)

What's clobetasol supposed to do in your situation ? Alopecia areata is a very easy condition to spot

You can't really confuse it with androgenetic alopecia
