Born male now male with female hormonal panel. There was no reason to keep myself T dominant. It would've been impossible to maintain my hair that way. It is hard to maintain even on hrt I cant imagine how bad it would be by now if I didnt start hrt
Where do buy all your staff?

dutasteride, bica and minoxidil in my country. For Estradiol injections hrt caffe is your best bet. Everything I take can be bought there but it gets way more expensive due to shipping cost + bitcoin fees, only real cheap and worth product is estradiol injections, so if you can get the rest in your own country it would be way cheaper

+1. Im using all this cause I did a genetic test and I have all kind of f*****g sh*t mutations. Poor cyp19 so I have no aromatization, moderate to high activity of 5ar1 and 5ar2, that is why even with low T my dht is unmanageable without high amounts of dutasteride to control the 5ar1, high angiotensin 2 activity so my circulation sucks, tendency to low IGF-1, Col1a1 moderately reduced bad sulfotransferanse, ptgfr-2 and ptgfr-3 mutations. Basically my genetic suck ***, without e2, high dosage dutasteride, minoxidil with tret + oral min and some supplement for collagen synthesis, antioxidants and arginine for better vasodilation I prob wouldnt have hair today and prob would have wrinkles at my age (that is one of the reasons I was prematurely aging, but I managed to recover thanks to everything im doing).

NO f*****g doubt why my dht was still at 59 ng/dl even with 0.5 mg dutasteride daily pre hrt. What would I expect with 0 aromatization, and moderately to high activity on 5ar1 and 5ar2... I literally couldnt battle my genetic with just dutasteride basically impossible. Way cheaper to use e2 + 1 mg dutasteride at least. Otherwise I would have to use 2.5 mg dutas which is hella expensive and even that wouldnt secure anything since 0 aromatization is also bad
How can i do this check..

You can try to search on the web for reliable ones. They are kind of helpful but i dont think it is worth the money. I'd first recommend a biopsy which is prob cheaper and will tell you what kind of Alopecia you have. If it is Androgenetic Alopecia, try dutasteride if it doesnt work because your Androgenetic Alopecia is super aggressive(most of the time ppl that start balding from 15 to 20) you wont have a chance with standard male regimen and you will have to do estradiol + dutasteride at 1 mg at minimum to further reduce the adrenal conversion to DHT + an antiandrogen (not to high dosages if you use moderately high dose of dutasteride + castrated T levels) to block the receptor. Basically start balding at light speed between 15 to 25 yo with Androgenetic Alopecia diagnose means you are allergic to androgen(unironically talking, it leads to metabolic diseases as well)

Interesting. Ye, low aromatase enzyme is pretty bad, i remember that its gene was poor for me too. Also have collagen deficiency, heard that its common tho. My angiotensin was normal, but i did a normal hormonal blood test for that.
Might as well do a proper genetic test too, the one i did was uninformative. Very interesting topic btw, i think ill dive into it when i have enough time, need to boost my knowledge of genes and enzymes.

@BeardCombover do you think 0.3 ml(12 mg every 10 days) is enough to suppress T or am i just6 blasting E and cause more problems? 40mg-ml
Bro we already told you yes, your dose is sufficient to keep your T suppressed

As for blasting E and causing problems, well that EEn dose will probably yield levels of e 500 pg/ml at the lowest point. So watchout for blood clots

Low aromatase must be one of the worst diagnosis for Androgenetic Alopecia. All the extra T that was going to be converted to estradiol is instead converted further to dht.... if you combine that with active 5ar1 and 5ar2 you have the formula for the dissaster. Genetics are interesting, too bad we are too early in the development of gene therapies

5AR1 is not responsible for hairloss. It's only 5AR2

The significance of Estrogen receptors in the hair follicle remains unknown tbf

Having DHT is never good better take high dosages of dutasteride 2 be safe. I wish we could buy 2.5 mg dutasteride capsules, it inhibits more scalp dht which is what matter the most in the first place.

Never talked about e2 receptors I was talking about aromatase and how having low cyp19 makes more of the T to convert into dht instead of estradiol thus more dht available

Bad CYP19(aromatase gene) = RIP. High 5AR enzyme activity + sh*t CYP19 = Bye scalp hair follicles. Very simple and prob many balding young people has this combination. Wouldnt surprise me.

It's just strange how 5AR deficiency men never go through hairloss, yet they have fully functional 5AR Type 1 and type 3. Like why is 5AR Type 2 DHT different than 5AR Type 1 DHT

When you talked about Aromatase, I thought you meant E2 receptors which are the main point in hair growth, oops

Maybe they have more mutations that makes them inmune to hair loss idk. I still think young balding guys can react to whatever DHT they have in their body either 5ar1 and 5ar2, even T is androgenic so it wouldnt surprise me if it partially helps the miniaturization. But again im talking about young balding guys not about a 35-40 yo balding guy.
