Everything you've said is social stuff assigned to the socially assigned gender. There are many cis women with a lot of hair, or deep voices, or very tall, or very masculine. And because of that they are less of a woman? Not all women are polite, fine, and Disney princesses. Although it's true that I try to fit in, to go unnoticed, to be silent, polite, and feminine, I suppose because of the references and exposure I've always had, but if it weren't like that there would be nothing wrong with it, there are women and men of all types just as there are feminine men, who have soft voices, or who use e2, that doesn't make them less of a man. It's just social stuff.
I never said any of those things but virtually no cis-females have dark voices. I don't support transgender people being in the limelight or taking controversial positions or playing with XX's. That was the stupidest idea in history and it greatly damaged all trans people and put them at risk. Nobody was even paying attention until Bruce Jenner changed his name and then the ridiculous 6' 4" woman on the Penn swim team that resembled Kramer doing karate with children. I am libertarian but very little good comes from highlighting all of this disfunction. Nobody could even tell unless they previously knew them, who transsexual women were. They were all required to take feminizing HRT and to get surgery and there were major gate keepers. Maybe those gatekeepers had benefits as well as negatives but....

This doesn't mean that a person can't actually become a female using hormones. You don't get pregnant or menstruate but visually you are cis looking and you are able to have sex three different ways. That's pretty close without any surgery. People relate to you as they perceive you so stealth is essential.

I can’t say anything just by looking bro. Try to ask a scalp biopsy to your doctor, it can elucidate a lot things, I will try to get one too soon as I got back to my city since I’m traveling now
you know what since my pattern seems a lot similiar to woman with diffuse hair loss, im gonna try spironolactone

Seems like a typical OCD/Hyperactivity issue, from which I suffered before reaching 30's. Might not be your case, but still a thing to consider.
You might basically be permanently in "NEAT" mode. Resistance to weight gain during overfeeding: a NEAT explanation
There's a good youtube video about it. Its in russian, but sutitles aren't too bad.
Sadly the video doesnt display English or spanish caption so I cant understand anything.

About the other stuff. I suffer from some undiagnosed mental issues that are obvious about appearance but on if the obvious reason is ADHD. Maybe that is why I am constantly skinny lol, my head never stop not even while sleeping. I usually have dreams and nightmares so yeah my brain must be draining all the calories

fuckkkk out of here holy sh*t i can't believe people here are humouring you with legitimate conversation
Perhaps because I express myself in full sentences without swearing multiple times and typing everything in lower case. Try being a gentleman. There's no higher goal than that for any male.

@Adri23 im actually injectin 8 mg (0,2) once a week.If tomorrow i drop cpa should i lower or raise the e2 dosage? Also can i be good if i just take dutasteride and e2 injections without bica?
8 mg seems like a lot. I prefer to stay in the 300-350 pg/ml range at trough. It is sufficient to block T and it does not spike shbg or prolactin too much

In spain women are prescribed with bicalutamide and they seem happy with it. Less sides than spironolactone for sure and less dosage since bica is way more potent. Also reduces minoxidil hypertrichosis which is great and one of the main reasons I use it

We don't know how spironolactone even works but it does seem to work for people not using enough estradiol to reach castrate T levels. It feels icky every time I try it and I recently took three last week and it's still a no go. For me, spironolactone impacts strength and causes languor far more than estradiol does. It makes you pee a lot and you want to eat salt all of the time. Bica seems worlds above spironolactone and CPA. Nobody mentions MPA anymore but that's another option that works with estradiol.

Sometimes it fails. Im not a very fan of spironolactone tbh. Also the water retention and other sides that comes with higher dosages meant to lower androgens comes with higher chances of sides. On the other hand bica 12.5 or 25 mg daily has virtually no sides unless you are allergic to the medication

You can try but I would rly try 1 mg or more dutasteride with estradiol first. Also oral and topical minoxidil ofc

You can do 12.5 mg for few weeks then stop. I have heard people stopping it out of suddently and getting issues with it, not sure how true it is but i tapered it of to be safe

yeah quitting it should reduce it by a lot dont you think?
Yeah but keep in mind your e2 might also be very high with 8 mg weekly. Try to be between 300-380 pg/ml.

I literally had your diffuse thinning when I had too much prolactin
